I’m a designer from India, based in Los Angeles, where I’m pursuing a BFA in Graphic Design at California Institute of the Arts. I’ve previously worked at Apple and Wieden+Kennedy.
    I’m currently working as the Graphic Design Representative at the CalArts Student Union and a Student Ambassador for the GD program. 
    I’m a firm believer of the fact that design flourishes with personal connection, exploration, and trusting your gut.

Exploring Devanagari and Latin through letterforms
“Fit Devanagari” by Kimya Gandhi & David Jonathan Ross
A type specimen featuring Fit Devanagari, a bilingual typeface available in the scripts: Devanagari (Hindi) and Latin (English). The type specimen explores the extreme weights of the typeface that were designed to “fit” into any space. This 20 page book employs different materials and mini pages to bridge connections between the letterforms of the two scripts.

In order to explore the expanse of the typeface, the specimen includes type cascades, informational spreads, and glyph and character pages. On the outside, this handmade spiral-bound specimen is wrapped in a dustcover that folds out into a poster.
